Making a movie was not my initial plan – it all started as a quest for the truth, over 20 years ago. Not that I didn’t try the “legal” system in Florida, however lawyer after lawyer, each were unable or unwilling to question the officers as to how I wound up in intensive care.

Not one lawyer, not one question. I did not give up, not after spending over 150k through these 20 years, neither after cancer, depression, the book I wrote that got nowhere, three additional attempts at making a movie, starting 10 years ago, being ripped off by other “producers” – nothing could stop me from pursuing the truth.

Why was this, and why is this, so important? Was it because it tarnished my 25-year record as a well trusted trader on Wall Street? Or was it for revenge, money, justice, or fame? The answer is No, just for the truth.

Why was the truth so important, more important than possibly going to jail for 10 years, for the crimes I did not commit, and losing my license to ever trade again? Well, because, that night those men did not stop pepper spraying me till I took my last breath.

All I want is for the truth to be told, so the world will know what death is like, and that there is a God.

This movie is a true depiction of what occurred that evening, in front of my own home, in one of Boca Raton’s most exclusive developments, Boca Grove. Watch how the story unfolds, using deposition from the security guard on duty that night, who testified hearing me scream “I CAN’T BREATHE (God Forgive Them),” he also stated that it went on for 25 minutes, while I was handcuffed. According to the police reports, they say that they pepper sprayed me four times, which is enough to kill someone, I was pepper sprayed many more times than they admitted. They were there looking for an armed burglar, who had been committing robberies in our development. After a run on the golf course behind my home, they assumed I was the criminal. That year I made over 700,000, and certainly was no thief – I have never been convicted of a crime in my 60 years alive.

Watch the ambulance scene which shows when I came back to life according to the ambulance reports. Shortly after the officer completed what he told me he wanted to do, kill me.

There are other interesting subplots, but the ending is worth waiting for, featuring Kevin Sorbo. Shane Yuhas is sensational, portraying what I went through, Kevin Sorbo does a great job in playing a bad lawyer, and Joseph Moreland is tremendous in his role as the officer, who would not get off me till I was dead.

You won’t want to miss the movie everyone will be talking about, due out this summer

Behind the Scenes

This movie, nor am I against the police. I worked on Wall Street as a trader for 25 years, I realize there is good and bad in all occupations, as well as in all people. I am completely for the police, there would be total chaos without them, but this one officer was bad, very bad.
